Clients often praise the welcoming, caring, and helpful service, with specific mention of lawyer Marci and the receptionists. Many appreciate the free WINZ review service. However, some complain about communication issues, including missed appointments, lack of phone/email support, and inaccurate advice, with one client calling the service a waste of public money.

Very positive and welcoming office, I believe when anyone visits lawyers, it can be very overwhelming for some, but this wasn't the case CL Rotorua (Community Law) I would recommend if possible you go to this office for legal needs. 😇😊 …
Great and very helpful
Very caring in providing their service.
What an amazing service
Today my husband and I had an appointment to fill out forms for a EPOA. As this was a first time visit it could have been very daunting if it wasn’t for the understanding, kind help we received from Marci one of the lawyers and the 2 receptionists who were so welcoming. Thank you.
Ever so helpful to me in a review at winz, as they are available at 9am outside work and income every Wednesday. Please remember first in first served to be represented on your behalf as a limitation of 10 people weekly, free of charge. I rate them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They have always been very helpful they know their stuff.
Waste of public money , you go for help , the lawyer/ trainee knows nothing! directs you to wrong direction and closes the case without considering what help you may need !? What a waste of time and tax payers’ money! There is no place to complain against them ! Google for help, you get more out of it than these public losers!
Unfortunately after three weeks of emails and being told they will ring me on a certain date, none of which happened I gave up. I had some fairly simple questions I wanted to know in regards to family protection act and inheritance. But the replies to emails were sporadic, with being told she would ring me “tomorrow, Monday” etc etc but this never happened. Was then told they only prefer to deal with face to face clients and that I should try another branch which is the same distance from me as their branch. My local wouldn’t help due to conflict of interest, which has meant the few legal questions I had, have never been able to be answered. Surely email and phone consults these days should be just as important. Especially since Covid shut downs. A shame as I was so happy when she at first told me she could help.
