Mel was amazing to work with on our first home purchase and made sure the process was simple and that we were informed throughout the process. It was great that Mel was flexible as we have a baby which makes appointments difficult. I would highly recommend Mel.

So pleased we found Mel. We changed to Mel from one of the in town lawyer firms with their own building because it was so easy working with her. Stress disappeared. We had an estate property to sort out and she knew everything we needed to do. Mel takes away the mystery and worry surrounding legal issues. We highly recommend Mel for looking after anything 'legal.' We will be getting her to update our wills next.

We engaged with Melissa at MAC Legal during an incredibly vulnerable and stressful period, hoping for professional guidance and support. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling completely let down. It became increasingly apparent that she was out of her depth with the complexities of our situation and rather than feeling supported, we often found ourselves confused and unsure as though we were navigating the legal process on our own. Communication was poor, and we frequently felt that our concerns were not being taken seriously. What made the experience even more difficult was the complete lack of accountability. Despite raising our concerns formally, she was unapologetic and did not acknowledge any shortcomings in her handling of the matter. The entire process added more stress to an already difficult time, and we walked away feeling disappointed, unsupported, and disillusioned. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend her services to anyone in need of competent, empathetic, and reliable legal representation.

Very unprofessional service. Takes ages to respond to very basic questions. As a solicitor she is suppose to understand a lim report, but she told client to phone council to find out what something on the lim means. Not recommended at all!
