John gets the job done, no frills, communication is effective. Used for property sale and never had issues over the times used
Absolutely incompetent.
Had no memory of me being there and said he had never had a will on file for me.the older woman in office could clearly remember me coming in with my daughter in law and discussing my will. Asked me if I had memory loss.
