Nice understanding crew
Very bad experience with John
Very dodgy solicitor be careful. Instructed the customer and acted in very tricky way. Will report the conduct and not gonna let them get away with it.
I had a very poor experience with this law firm. During a property purchase, the solicitor John failed to act in a professional and timely manner. Important correspondence from my solicitor was ignored, and instead of engaging constructively, the lawyer attempted to declare the contract “at an end” without any proper legal basis. This conduct was misleading, unprofessional, and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to the transaction. I cannot recommend this firm and will be filing a formal complaint with the New Zealand Law Society (NZLS) regarding this matter.
