We have dealt with Sue Patchett/Alan Pierce for our refinancing, they were easy to deal with and we thought they were reasonable with their pricing as well. Even though we found someone cheaper than Wadham Partners, we have decided to proceed with Sue because we liked their office :) Last time we had to deal with "Lyn Powell Legal" because there is no one available during Christmas/New Year season - his attitude, customer service was horrible and his fee was pretty high. This time, we had a pleasant experience with Sue so we highly recommend their services as they are kind & considerate.

I dealt with Danielle Williamson for my personal matters, Danielle is thorough, articulate and very friendly. Danielle and Alwyn work as a great team, keep you updated throughout the process and are fast to respond. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I arrived for my appointment in a rain storm and was greeted in a warm friendly manner by the law assistant. I didn't have long to wait before I was seen by one of the partners. We sat at a large table in the front room so there was plenty of space to spread out my documents. I felt comfortable and that they would do the business required in an efficient manner. Email correspondence after the appointment was timely and discreet. No photographs taken that day due to the storm.
