Would give zero star if I could... Extremely rude person.... called in to see if i could book in a consultation and the fees was too high so i said I might see later and he had an extremely rude reply and hung up.... Not sure why people open bussiness when they don't even know how to deal polietly....such an arrogant and rude man... Nobody is looking for free advice. Get a reality check yourself. look at the response you have given.You are not even grown up to take critism. It shows by the two responses you have. Ofcourse everyone wants to pay less when it is just an advice and no one wants to pay $200 to a man who doesn't know the meaning of polite. it shows from response. Clearly you either haven't had many clients that actually have left a single good review for your service. Being in an industry means nothing when you don't know how to talk to people. Whether you have been here for 50 years .

Called them and they didn't answer, which is absolutely no problem. But when the guy called me back, he didn't even say who it was, he was incredibly rude and grumpy—I started by saying I was calling to see if they were still operating and offering services in palmy (because many other immigration consultants in palmy I had called were no longer operating). He got grumpy and snapped "well OBVIOUSLY I'm still operating if it says I'm licensed and calling you back" and so on, was incredibly rude, and then when I said I am just calling to try get advice, no need to get grumpy at me, he said 'alright by mate" and hung up on me. An incredibly confusing experience. Dude was so needlessly rude and grumpy and unprofessional.
