The communication is terrible. If you want to make a tough time even tougher then use these people. Emails go without responses. Deadlines dont matter. I question if they actually care about their clients.

Extremely poor service. Never emailed any correspondence and wouldn’t return phone calls. Had to go elsewhere. Absolute joke.
