Zero star rating for Glenn Mason law. Really disgruntled with Glenn Mason Lawyers. Absolutely appalling service. Glenn Mason told me that his "company drives a low end vehicle" and that "if I wanted a Mercedes I should go somewhere else"! This defamatory statement was made at the beginning of our meeting. I was repulsed by Glenn's comment. This comment was condescending. Glenn under minded my confidence and my self esteem. I had no support from Katrina at this first meeting. I was taken a back about how he made me feel. Derogatory and demeaning comments that I received were insulting and disrespectable. I found Glenn offensive towards myself. He and Katrina already held a low opinion of me. Glenn's manner towards me was abrupt, thoughtless and ungracious. I felt degraded and disparaged. I felt unvalued. This was out of line. I felt intimated by Glenn, unworthy, belittled, degraded and discouraged. I felt like he was treating me like a criminal. I felt threatened by Glenn, bullied and unnerved by Glenn Mason. Katrina Job was my lawyer at Glenn Mason Law until she sent me an email to say she is resigning from her position which was a shock for me. A personal phone call would have been appreciated especially as Katrina had been my lawyer for several months and considering what we had been through regarding my matter. This solved all my questions about Katrina with her lack of empathy, contact and communication. She was not interested in my matter. I had a sense that Katrina had a lack of wanting to help me achieve my goals. I never felt well assured or justifiably represented by her. She had a lack of assisting me, she was not interested. There was no guidance from Katrina. I never felt like Katrina supported me or that she was in control of my legal situation. I felt my opinions were ignored and dismissed. I felt like Katrina was working against me and that she was on my ex partners lawyer and lawyer for child's side. I felt belittled. She never followed up on my emails promptly and never bothered to call me. I am really disappointed in Katrina's work ethics regarding my family law matters. It was a blessing in disguise that she resigned as she had definitely lost interest in my matter. Now, I have a fantastic on-it lawyer! My new lawyer was appalled by the lack of support from Katrina. I don't believe Katrina was ever interested in helping me achieve my goals. Katrina said that she would help achieve my goals regarding my matter, several months latter nothing was achieved and nothing Katrina promised to me has ever happened. I felt Katrina to be cold hearted, heartless, callousness, uncaring and all along unempathetic. I think Katrina and Glenn are only interested in money and getting paid. That is all they care about. Not the person just the money. I would not recommend Glenn Mason Law to anyone.
