An overall, disappointing experience. Failed to follow-up with Will signatory then denied the presence of the draft Will. Very sad. Even your response to my complaint acknowledges the presence of a Will that you prepared, yet you refuse to send a copy to my lawyer? Why so ?

Absolutely horrid firm and staff. This firm toes the line between the law and ethics and uses intimidation to get their way. So many other negative reviews of this firm and no wonder why. They also seem to have a habit of extending communications, going round in circles and clipping the ticket to make a bit more profit. Wouldn't be surprised if they have had a few Law Society complaints. I have just submitted a complaint through to the law society.

I was one the receiving end of this law firm and their conduct is disgusting to say the least, especially from one of their senior lawyers (will not name her but a English sounding female) who threw so many lies and accusations out in trying to use the law for her own gain. Their 'so called' complaints procedure is also dealt in house with no independence, they constantly threw contract clauses at me, interpreting them for how they please without even addressing my complaint. A few bad eggs spoil the majority.

I had a special lawyer there,and when he left ,the firm didn't have the decency to let me know. My file apparently was just put on a shelf,so you get a stranger to handle your next problem that does not know a thing about you..Not good business or ethics..Evelyn Strugnell

Absolutely do not use these lawyers, the communication was terrible and they failed to meet a deadline which could have meant missing out on our house. They then sent me an outrageous bill, wouldn’t offer compensation or even an apology. So incredibly disappointed and made the process of buying our house stressful. Wish I had of checked the google reviews before using as it’s clear it’s not just me who’s had problems with them.
