I actually want to give 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. My sister engaged with a lawyer from this firm very early and then when we received directions from the judge the lawyer advised my sister she was relocating and that she'd need to find another lawyer. Noone in their firm was available but she also didn't refer or recommend any alternatives. Being so close to Christmas there were no alternatives available and my sister had to resort to a Napier lawyer. The fact my sister hadn't got to the stage of instructing the lawyer to represent her is irrelevant, as it was the understanding my sister would be instructing that lawyer to represent her anyway. Very disappointing and more than upsetting.
