I am so grateful to have had Hannah guide me through my house bying process. She did not miss a best for me. Communication was on point at every point of the process and she was often not given a lot of notice

Max who picks up the paper is a major asset to your business, he always makes sure to great us at paper plus and he always says thank you and goodbye, very impressed. I need to ask his name next time he is in.

I have never come across a more unprofessional law firm in my life! My husband and I were looking at putting an offer down on a piece of land and contacted Grey St Legal (GSL) for help with the contract. We ended up deciding later the same day not to go ahead with the job and emailed GSL that we didn't want to proceed. The following morning when I contacted them via phone I was told that one of the solicitors had already started working on the documents despite my email AND that we hadn't signed the T&Cs they had emailed us. Anyway, nothing much happened after that until 3 months later when they sent us an invoice for the job!! Note that they still hadn't sent us any of the work they had done on this property. During these 3 months we also met with one of the solicitors to get general advice regarding another property and were told that if our offer was successful we would be looking at paying X amount of money for the conveyancing plus another $200 or so for the meeting. Our offer didn't end up being successful and we didn't hear from GSL for over 2 months until the day when the invoice was emailed out to me. No phone call was made to us to follow up since the meeting, just bang, an invoice, just like that. What took place after this was just a very unpleasant, unprofessional and chocking email conversation to be frank. I was asked to come with "an offer" for the work they had carried out (even though I had informed them we didn't want to go ahead with the work on the first property). No matter what the reason was that made this situation occur, they way this was dealt with was far from ok and after speaking to other people who have used GSL in the past, we don’t seem to be the only ones who have had a bad experience.
