After a lengthy divorce, I found Heather and Dawn to go above and beyond to ensure that the job was done to a high standard. They reassured me of the process and what the next steps were, I always felt that I was their only client. I have just engaged this firm to represent me, my first thoughts are great, good waiting area, got in on time, information supplied was both informative and put me at ease. If my first impression is anything to go by, I do believe I may just got myself a new lawyer.😁

Although the visit cost nothing ,I was impressed with the professionalism and desire to help, which in my instance, I think they helped as best they could .

Have tried these guys for availability for basic house conveyancing….absolutely hopeless unfortunately. Receptionist was huffing and puffing like she couldn’t be bothered. Promised a call back later the same day, never happened! Useless local company, advertises the world on the radio and delivers nothing!! Do not even try to use these guys, go elsewhere!!

Didn’t do her job, she was ringing up on the day of the court case asking me questions that would heavily affect the outcome, she didn’t do her homework which led me not to get a work license. Then had to spend another 3 grand to get another lawyer to fix the issue

I would not recommend this firm. The receptionist is very pleasant and apologetic but the lawyers are too busy. They do not return calls for urgency and are not helpful in emergencies. Their lunches and christmas breaks are far more important to them.
