I engaged Laurie Pallett for legal guidance through the sale of a property, and her service was excellent from start to finish. She was a responsive and valuable professional throughout the entire process. Her expertise became absolutely critical in the final hours of settlement when a complex legal dispute arose over transferring asset liability. Laurie managed the high pressure exceptionally well. She successfully negotiated a protective transfer of liability to the new owner, closed the sale on time, and secured my interests without complication. Highly recommended for property sales requiring sharp legal representation.

I can’t thank Alan Knowsley and his team at Rainey Collin’s enough for the amazing support and guidance I received. From the very beginning, they were professional, clear, and genuinely cared about my case. They explained everything in a way I could understand, kept me updated every step of the way, and always made me feel heard. What really stood out was their dedication – they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and supported throughout the whole process. Having a lawyer who truly fights for you and makes you feel like a priority is rare, and I’m so grateful I had that experience here. I would 100% recommend Rainey Collin’s to anyone needing legal help.

Laurie and Andie provided exceptional legal advice on a complicated mortgage refinance that I have been working through over the last couple of months. The advice and the commitment the whole team shared to find solutions was fantastic and I couldn't have worked through the solutions without them. thanks again Martin

Thérèse and the team did an excellent job with the sale of my property which I had owned for over thirty years. She was thorough and guided me through the current procedures, new experiences for me particularly as I no longer live in New Zealand and I was required to up date my digital skills. All went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Expensive, late (not even an apology) and they just quoted stuff from an Act without interpretation or reasoning given. Wow. I can find those Acts and read them myself. Save your money and use ChatGPT. It's 1000 times cheaper and better at answering queries on time and sensibly. And it actually gives advice and you will learn something to progress with what you need. Would give rainey-collins a zero rating if it was an option.
