Having dealt with several legal firms for run of the mill processes and some more intricate cases, it's curious that the smallest firm I've dealt with, is hands down, miles ahead of the other larger firms in terms of relaying legalese in crisp layman's terms, reasonably accommodating clients' preferences, and just adhering, in an exemplary manner, to good old fashioned 'best customer service practices'. This is how you retain business.

Suné Hume provided great advice and direction on the sale and purchase of two properties. Her clear and concise communication was fantastic. Call them 2 times and was told someone would get back in touch whit in the next day or so, left it for 3 days. call them back and still not heard from them. Would not recommend them.
