Joanne has carried out work for us three times over the last three years. Really pleased we stumbled across her practice when we first moved to Wellington. We like her no nonsense approach, fast efficient meetings and clear concise outcomes. Feel we get value for money and a quality service, can't ask for much more. More than happy to recommend her.

We recently purchased our first home and used Khandallah Law for the legal aspects. Joanne was excellent in helping us navigate the legalities of purchasing a house. She was professional yet personable and friendly and provided her services at an affordable cost. It was a smooth and efficient process! Highly recommended.

We used Joanne to provide legal assistance for the sale of our house. She provided excellent no-fuss service, and was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend her again.

TRUST in ones lawyer is the most important issue for me, as this is the person whose is holding my future in their hands, I found that quality in Joanne Cheer. Joanne was recommended to me as a Wills and EPA lawyer. She dealt with these matters with speed and professionalism. I was impressed to learn that Joanne had many skills which included matrimonial/ property conveyancing law, so I requested that she take over my protracted acrimonious divorce settlement. Joanne handled these matters in a very detailed, calm and considered manner. There were many contentious matters with the opposing lawyer whose manner was unprofessional, rude and bullying, Joanne maintained her dignity and did not respond in kind. Joanne showed much patience waiting for her to fee to be paid due the long drawn out settlement. Even as the finishing line was in sight I wasn’t under any pressure to concede to the oppositions demands, to get her bill paid. The fees are no more than any other matrimonial/family law company. I was presented with an exceptionally detailed account for all the work over a 2 year period. Highly recommended.

Joanne recently provided me with legal assistance to purchase a new property. Service was great- prompt, thorough and pragmatic. So good I am now using her to sell another property. Approach with confidence.
