Good legal advice
We used Costa to purchase our house and his fees were extraordinarily high compared with any other lawyer. Sadly we only discovered this following the purchase, as Costa never provided us with a contract or terms of engagement prior. Be wary of this law firm.
Michael Varuhas is proving unreliable and provides poor service in dealing with a long standing and an unresolved case he is in charge of. His service and communication is very poor. DON'T USE HIM
