The support given to myself and my moko's, I have know words to describe the support and the out come. When I had questions they were aswner, when I needed help it was given right to the end of my case. With the best results ever for me and the kids. Now we are all travelling to Adelaide for a well earned holiday, moving forward with our new life's together. So I say thank you from the bottom of my ❤️ Nga mihi Lucy
I had an outstanding experience with Georgia Vine. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge and a genuine commitment to protecting our interests. She guided us through every step of the process with clarity and patience, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. Communication was prompt, and no question ever went unanswered. It's clear she truly cares about her clients. If you're looking for a legal professional who combines expertise with integrity, I highly recommend Georgia for any property or real estate legal needs. Absolutely amazing service.
Everything I needed BMC to attend to was handled effectively. Sometimes I thought the response was a little slower than I would have liked but overall I was satisfied.
We had a really good experience at purchase of our first home with BMC Law, but about a year later we've reach out for additional support to get advice on a potential issue and can't get any actual response (even just to say they don't have capacity to support, or what the cost would be). We initially reached out over a month ago, and have heard it's been passed on from our initial email - but despite multiple follow ups haven't managed to get a response. When you're in a stressful, potentially very costly situation you want a decent response time - and over a month doesn't feel reasonable.
Went in nearly a year ago to complete a separation agreement. I was very clear that this was an amicable separation and we just wanted to get it done so we could move on. The letter of advice was full of misinformation, they called me by a different name in it. I was informed that it would likely be done within a few months so I could apply for a home loan in my own name, and sourced the requested paperwork. While I was doing all the work to document the assets and how we would like these to be split, they were charging me nearly $3000 to apparently look at our bank balances. If I wanted an accountant, I would have paid an accountant. They never respond to emails requesting that they cease work, or send me itemized details of work completed, but are more than happy to send me bills and overdue notifices for work not done. A year later and I'm still married to a man who I have been living separately with, having spent a ridiculous amount of money that I'll likely not get back. I cannot recommend this firm at all.
