We gave RML the benefit of the doubt after the 1st time we used them & now we wish we hadn't. Constant chasing on our part, in both instances they sent our personal documents to the wrong email address even after telling them the first time! Of course we understand mistakes happen, but twice?! Empty promises & generally just not keeping us in the loop of what was happening. A very stressful and painful experience!
