Clients praise Talia Marshall for her friendliness, professionalism, and keeping them updated throughout their family court cases. However, some express dissatisfaction with the firm after Talia was unavailable or took on a case while planning a holiday, leading to a drawn-out process and a last-minute conflict of interest claim. The firm is described as efficient with passionate lawyers, but there are serious concerns about reliability and client care.

Talia and the team at Beach side legal are very friendly and welcoming. Talia has made my process with the family court so much easier by keeping me up to date with everything through emails etc. I would highly recommend Talia to anyone in need of a professional family court lawyer. 😀
Very efficient with everything. My lawyer who represents me is the best, she not only does her job but she is also very passionate. I would recommend her to anyone who is needing the best lawyer in this profession. Definitely my best decision to go with this law firm.
Talia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable discussing my situation with her. I was happy with our outcome
I've used Thalia and experience was mostly good (not amazing) but the next time Thalia wasnt available so I had Trish and I felt process was unnecessarily drawn out. I need a lawyer for a trust matter and won't be using Beachside legal, so thought it worth giving a review.
Had Talia represent me, or fail too. In all of her professionalism she decided that it was appropriate to take on my case despite planning to take a holiday. Amid a flurry of false accusations Talia refused to annex solid evidence into an affidavit that in turn, after her claiming a "confict of interest" three days out from the hearing, the new lawyer anexed the evidence and suprise, the case never went to a hearing. *edit* 12 years after proving my kids were unsafe in their mothers care, I'm looking for a lawyer to settle on a property with my children, won't be using this firm 🤮 The harm this 'lawyer' could do to your family is abhorrent - be warned
