Clients overwhelmingly praise the firm's professional, friendly, and helpful staff, with Rochelle Thornton and a staff member named Carly receiving specific commendations for their thoroughness, professionalism, and clear communication during property transactions. However, one negative review details a highly stressful experience with Sarah Greenlees involving delays and poor communication on a first home purchase, including mishandled KiwiSaver forms and false confirmation of unconditional sale.

Gr8 service and very helpful. Reasonable pricing.
Rochelle Belworthy was absolutely amazing through my journey in buying my first home. She was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely professional in guiding me through the process. Rochelle made what was a very stressful situation in my life an absolute breeze. She was very approachable, understanding and easy to talk to. Thank you Rochelle, for everything.
We were very satisfied with Beach Law. The whole team was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. Carly in particular was very clear in her explanations and advice and prompt in her replies to our questions. We appreciated her professionalism. We recommend her services and will definitely contact her again if necessary.
I would give zero stars if I could, my experience with Sarah Greenlees of Beach law papamoa, made the process of buying my first property unnecessarily stressful for both me and my partner. Legal paperwork / KiwiSaver withdrawal forms were not processed on time, even tho the we provided the necessary information weeks in advance. I was given false written confirmation the sale had gone unconditional, before being sent the necessary documents to complete the deposit. Her communication leaves a lot to be desired and the lack of advice and support throughout the process of buying our first home, turned what should have been an exciting experience in to a nightmare. I’m writing this review as looking back on it, I do not want anyone else to have to endure the experience we did.
