I advised a friend of mine to go to this firm for relationship property settlement matters, what a total waste of time, after 16 months, nothing happened except a rather large bill, they were in the same position 16 months prior, there excuse was the other parties lawyer didn't get back to them, isn't it a lawyers job to keep chasing up the other parties lawyer, has impacted on my friends finances, for nothing being achieved, would never recommend this law firm to anyone ever in the future, am now feel guilty for recommending them and making my friends situation even worse than before engaging them, would not recommend at all, try another law firm in Taupo first.

Lawyer was unprofessional and incompetent. Worst service ever. Would not use again nor recommend to others.

Very unapproachable

Mucked my grandfather around for weeks and weeks on end and expected him to be the one contacting them as they were not keeping in touch with him. Highly unprofessional. I certainly will never use this service in the future. On a positive note they seem to be friendly.

Terrible law firm. Avoid it at all costs. They couldn't even be bothered to get my basic, all cash, unconditional offer done properly. They got the dates wrong the entire transaction and caused confusion with all parties involved. When I complained, they appeared impatient and did not have all the details. I literally had to chase their lawyers down, and when they were available they gave the wrong advice! Completely ridiculous. Be warned: make sure you have the law society complaint form handy if you choose this law firm ... you will likely need it.
