A mixed bag. Initially we received good service but problems arose beyond our control with a house vendor and Frankton Legal, and in particular Karen, were less than helpful. I got the impression they were keen to get us off their books because we'd signed a fixed price agreement and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them with the additional work. They also went ahead with instructions without getting our consent. I'd look elsewhere for legal advice in Queenstown next time.
