I had to come in for a late notice notary of a document very late in the day and Jono Cole and Bridget Campbell were both professional and helpful and got it sorted for me without complaint. I was very stressed and they got it sorted for me without issue. Very grateful for their help
Great professional firm
I can't speak highly enough of Chantal Ryan and the AWS Legal Team. I called Chantal in CRISIS on 23 December. I had been declined for the 2021 Residency Visa the night before. Chantal was kind enough to take my call and spent a lot of time with me on that day. Most attorneys wouldn't have taken a frantic call on the day kicking off the Christmas break. Chantal quickly assessed my case and gave me a laundry list of items to get done over the holiday. The first and most important was my FBI background check. We had to get my results back in time for the January EOI. Luckily, I followed all her advice and secured all the important documents before our 18 January deadline. Chantal worked with me to create my submission packet, which was no easy task. I had to document my work history from 25 years ago, and provide a detailed description of all my past jobs. She was extremely supportive during this process. She took the time to speak directly with my employers. She gave me the information I needed, as I could handle it. She was the perfect blend of being compassionate and professional. I have to say my case was a "worst case" scenario, but that didn't deter Chantal or me. We just keep fighting the war. We set an objective to overcome, then we picked the next one. We just fought our war one battle at a time. I consider myself to be a highly educated business professional with a background in executive administration and legal. There is NO WAY I could have had success without Chantal. She is well versed at understanding the nuances of Immigration and what will most likely happen. She understood the difference of personalities in case officers and counselled me on what could happen. Would we get lucky and get a easy case officer or a difficult one? She always factored that into our discussions and was realistic in our conversations. I would hire Chantal again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend the same thing to anyone else that wants to make New Zealand their permanent home. I spoke with an IAA Immigration Adviser in 2019 when I decided to make NZ my permanent home. I explained my situation, age, etc., and this particular officer laughed at me and said I would NEVER successfully immigrate. When I arrived in NZ in 2019, I called three different law firms in Auckland that specialized in Immigration, all three refused to even discuss my case since I didn't have a job offer. Everyone I spoke to through my entire ordeal was unsupportive and negative about my chances. NOT CHANTAL! She jumped at the chance to help me. I think her $500 consultation fee was the best money I ever spent. I never flinched at one of her bills because I thought back to how much effort and time she put into my case and felt the cost was well worth it. Their billing was incredibly reasonable for the amount of time and effort they put in. So, if you want your BEST chance at living in NZ, I would hire Chantal and AWS Legal. I did, and it was the RIGHT DECISION. I wouldn't be here writing this recommendation without her help. Thank you Chantal! Your seven months of effort affected the next fifty years of my life :) I will always be eternally grateful.
Hi team, am just reaching out to say a big thank you for all your help and assistance on our latest business start-ups and acquisitions. The relationship we’ve built with Haydon and Rachel is second to none and we've appreciated the seamless communication, efficient turnaround on workflows, and sound advice. We feel like we’re in safe hands with Haydon and his team who genuinely seem to have our best interests at heart. I’m super excited to continue on with our personal and business journey knowing that we’ve got top shelf legal partners available when we need them.
Haydon and the team at AWS did a fantastic job helping us with a trust matter. AWS were very knowledgeable, quick to respond and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend contacting Haydon to assist with any property or trust matter. Angus
Our decision to engage Chantal Ryan and the AWS legal team as our lawyers was crucial in applying for and successfully obtaining permission from the OIO to purchase a residential property in New Zealand . This experience followed on from us earlier in the year successfully securing New Zealand Residency Visas under the Investor 1 Category ,again using Chantal Ryan and the AWS Legal team as our legal representatives in New Zealand . Chantal’s knowledge and experience of both application processes and in dealing with New Zealand Immigration personnel’s detailed enquiries made the whole procedure less onerous and stressful. In particular her faultless preparation of the required documentation and "hands on " approach to follow up outstanding matters cannot be underestimated. Also her communication skills and ability to successfully operate over numerous time zones with clients overseas and make them part of the process is to be commended. Finally being part of the AWS Legal , Chantal is able to draw on the diverse resources and extensive legal expertise of her colleagues. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chantal Ryan to investors seeking to enter New Zealand by way of the Investor 1 Category programme , or in seeking OIO approval in purchasing a residential property in New Zealand Selina & Michael McDonagh Hong Kong 14.10.22
Alan Harper supplied a provably fraudulent statement in court with the intent to mislead the family court. Lawyers like this feel they can mislead the court. when asked via email to comment has given no response for now.
