I’d suggest looking at an alternative. There’s no accountability or appreciation for a client let alone service. Unclear processes, poor communication and follow up. Prices change on you, no ownership of that either. And they couldn’t care less even when I communicated that I was unhappy with them. They have commented regarding budget, the reason I changed firms had nothing to do with budget but everything to do with their incompetence and awful experience. I moved to Gold Legal.
