Do not recommend them to anyone as they are not professional & helpful especially when it comes to you actually needing their services they'll side with building company because it saves them hassle and from accountablility for their lack of clarity to their customers. Strongly disagree with unprofessional services.when they need call you straight.but when we need they are away busy or in meeting all time.we bought a new home through legal house and paid fees whatever they charge. Now issue with Home seller he ripped off us.it’s already been six months to move in new house and let know to josh (Legal house)about all issues at house around 15th February but still not help even emailed 15/06/2021then 21/06/2021 to josh haven’t got any reply yet.really hard to understand is this a professional service?if u can’t give service then others.never recommend as my personal experience.I ll go for further help and ll let know about your services too.

Josh, the fact I had no idea who you were was a worry, but I let that slide because I didn’t want to rain on my son and his beautiful fiancé decision to chose you as there property lawyer, but to come up with other hidden charges once the property deal was settled is dispicable….
