Very unprofessional and rude service. Katie did not give any legal advice regarding my case, because the other party was already on their list and it could've been the "conflict of interests". Even though this other party used their service years ago and regarding other matter. Also when I asked to explain it more detailed, she just said: "Bye" and hang up. I didn't expect this rude behavior from the Legal service officer

Very rude to talk to and quite critical. Wouldn't be contacting them again.

Very disappointed having to say this but sought some help from one of the Communuty Lawyers at the Nelson Community Law, meeting held at their office on Hardy street, the elderly lady sounded very confident and was willing to help after the first meeting but on the day when she was supposed to act as a support person, she started to favour the other party and happily listened to them humiliating the victim further. Very relaxed to have understood her policy on the first day that we chose to discontinue with this service.

Unless unfortunately even though they could have helped they didn't want to. Unless you have a 5 min problem that they get to be the hero they just make up reasons why they can't help. Could not even give me an alternative. Said they would call back but didn't. Mostly I just wanted legal papers explained to me and they didn't even read the papers. Spent am hour of just reciting all the laws, saying my case was too complicated and they didn't have time when they could have been reading and helping me to understand. The receptionist on the phone was rude asked inappropriate questions and was very negative.
