A very professional Reception Clerk assisted us with our requirements.

My mother nominated FVM as her executor to her will. Since she passed away midway through this year we have found FVM quick to charge for anything they do however slow to actually do anything. We frequently have to follow them up and then they charge us to reply. We have had numerous lawyers look after our account and we have fallen down multiple cracks in their system. We expected better.

There are probably some very fine legal executives and solicitors at FVM, but I did not meet them. My negative experience attempting to get enduring powers of attorney for my wife who has a very rare neurological disorder prompted me to withdraw all of my business from the firm. Two firms later I was successful.
