Clients consistently praise the firm for making complex legal processes like first-time home purchases and court representation feel simple, stress-free, and professionally handled, with specific lawyers like Patrick, Ann, Jessica, and Maurice Casey receiving high marks for their knowledge, responsiveness, and client care. Several reviewers highlight excellent communication, patience with questions, and sensitivity during difficult or traumatic experiences. However, one client reported a negative experience with a law executive who became unprofessional, pressured them to sign documents without proper explanation, and created an uncomfortable environment, leading to a formal complaint.

Excellent service from the team at Carlile Dowling when we purchased our first home. They made the process simple and stress free. Thank you Patrick and Ann, you were great to work with!
Was my first time using a lawyer for purchasing my first house. Dealt with Jessica her knowledge & professionalism was on point, making the whole process go smoothly and felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Great with communication & didn’t make me feel stupid with all my questions but guided me through everything. A +++ definitely recommend :)
First experience for me and my family needing legal representation. It was by luck that I was appointed Mr Maurice Casey after a not so good experience with my previous lawyer at a different firm. Mr. Casey was very responsive, worked efficiently, ethically, professionally and can be a bit of a comedian too. He was extremely sensitive to the fact that this was a difficult, traumatic, anxious first experience as it was my first time being served, first time stepping foot in a courthouse, first time needing lawyer. Tho it wasn’t the outcome I was hoping for, he went over and beyond. I highly recommend Mr Casey. Thank you again Maurice and your team at Carlile Dowling 10/5.
All aspects of our dealings with CD have beeen very professional and precise with sound outcomes. The initial partner engagement was very reasuring and proffesional while the subsequent dealing with staff was first class. A truely professional and clientcentric firm who put the client first. Hard to beat. Linton Byfield.
WAS A Great Place👍 I got a lovely Lawyer Tau. Was so patient with me and helped me understand the Law .. She does Family law, but I will be also asking them to help me with Property law and Estate law. HAVE TO EDIT. SADLY After Tau left 😳. I was passed to a LAW EXECUTIVE. I met him with Tau and explained my situation. He said the estate lawyer was old and should be retired and he just signed off on things without really checking... ( I will swear to this ) He said I had a good case and he'd help me.... But AFTER HE TALKED TO LAWYERS HE TURNED....🙄 HE WAS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. TOLD ME TO AND I QUOTE "STOP NIT PICKING AN SIGN THE PAPERS" AND I KNEW AND HE KNEW THINGS WERE NOT DONE PROPERLY. I ASKED WHERES THE MONEY FOR THIS AND Asked THAT TO BE CLARIFIED. AGAIN TOLD . "JUST SIGN IT!!!!!" AT THIS TIME HE WAS HEARD BY OTHERS ON MY PHONE. HE DIDN'T KNOW THIS AND When I informed him, he WAS FURIOUS. THEN AT NEXT APPOINTMENT TOLD MY SUPPORTs AND MYSELF were told THERE WERE TO BE NO PHONES IN ROOM.. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE ALONE WITH HIM AFTER LAST APPOINTMENT. I WILL MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT THAT I DIDNT PROPER COUNCIL. AMONG OTHER THINGS THAT NEED INVESTIGATING....
