Worst experience of my life. Went through Penny Elliot for purchasing first home, and our kiwisavers had not even been applied for until 2 days before settlement date, which then was pushed out another 5 days later so we could get our kiwisaver in time to move in to our new home, and still hadn't received it in time, got told the day before I had to contact IRD to speed things up which they had no idea what was going on, 100% would not recommend.
