Excellent customer service. Keen for new clients.open early January.
It's taken forever for them to get our wills organized, finally signing them on Monday
I would not recommend Perpetual Guardian as executors or administrators. Frequent staff changes led to misplaced documents, repeated requests for information, and inconsistent communication. Decisions were issued without supporting evidence, and clarification was declined despite earlier statements that they do not act as litigators. In one dispute, they effectively positioned themselves as decision‑makers between parties but did not provide the other party with the evidence or reasoning behind their conclusions, leaving the process feeling neither transparent nor impartial. Concerns about missing personal belongings were also dismissed as “small things,” leaving legitimate issues unresolved.
Wouldnt recomend. Our experience was that they go out of their way to make simple things difficult so they can charge you more.
terrible experience shocking service delays and excuses
