Very unprofessional service. Being not savvy with house buying process, we added North End Law as our lawyers. They sent the service agreement to my husband only but was dealing with me all the times. I haven’t received any service agreement in my email. Then our offer didn’t went through and they advised us the fees as per service agreement. I was under the impression that fees is paid if agreement goes through. I was looking for service agreement I was told about but couldn’t find. I called Bryce and he was quite rude and said he sent it and never checked he only sent this to my husband not me ( he was not dealing with Bryce at all). No apologies at all and I was told to pay. I would have been ok if he followed the process of sending service agreement and explained bullet points to my husband or me but nothing was done. He didn’t even mention about this agreement to me until payment time. Being lawyer he should have been on to this but sadly this was not the case. I was the.told that total amount was more and he discounted this for us to 400. No mention of GST during phone call and now invoice is of 483. I have paid but will recommend this place ever to any new buyers. Poorest dealing from a professional place.
