Appalling customer service and poor phone manner. I made an initial call to discuss a legal matter. The partner I spoke with was unhelpful, disinterested, didn't answer my questions, and felt the need to ask personal questions no other lawyer I've spoken with has felt the need to ask. The conversation was little short of an interrogation. I was given the impression she was primarily interested in gauging a potential fee. I was a previous client at this firm several years ago. A real shame to see it's gone downhill. Rather than wasting both our time it would be nice if she had just been honest and said she couldn't be bothered or the firm was too busy. Not recommended.
