Have done a number of house sales, Wills and they have been great to deal with. Very helpful. A great deal of knowledge and over all been a very positive experience.

I contacted this firm on September 9th to book an appointment with Michael O’Neill for independent advice on a partnership agreement. I was repeatedly told over 10 days that I would receive a call back the same or next day. Only on September 18th was I informed that Michael O’Neill would be away until October 10th, and that no one else in the firm could take my case. This delay wasted valuable time. Very poor communication and case management.

Personally I wouldn’t come back here to get a house or other legal stuff done. Many times when come in , they arrived late, especially my first meet and greet - over 40 minutes late without an explanation Made the choice to come here as per mortgage advisor as didn’t know who to go too. Had to come back daily to make sure everything was getting done right. As per going through legal stuff, Mike didn’t explain anything he just said yup, yup , sign here, intial here etc… which I don’t think was clearly explained Lucky the lim/electrical/builders came back okay, forced to paying for a will when I asked if I get a will drawn up for free but nope an added extra cost added to my final bill . But wouldn’t recommend to fellow friends or family, Update 13/11/24 - they rang my cellphone number and asked if I would like to delete my review, honestly you take the good with the bad, no one’s perfect, yes I understand you strive to accomodate to all client needs but some people would like to read bad experiences and not always good ones.

Love the paid for reviews displayed here. You best believe only the 1 and 2 star reviews are authentic. Shocking response rate and each and every time we interacted with them (if they weren’t “out of office on leave”) they were underprepared. Even the judge expressed frustration at this. One wonders why they would take on clients when they seem to barely be available to do the work? Anyway I would reccomend this law firm if you want your case to drag on for weeks, months or even over a year. In that case look no further.

Have dealt with these guys in the past & they have been great but not impressed with my most recent experience. Have called multiple times over the space of two months just to try to get an appointment. Receptionist couldn’t make appointment for me, took my details each time I called & said the lawyer would call me back. I haven’t had one returned call.
