Clients praise the firm for professional service, solid legal advice, and knowledgeable teams, with specific mentions of Andrew Logie and property transactions. However, one client reported a significant due diligence failure by David Haigh in a land purchase, where a restrictive covenant was missed, and expressed frustration with the firm's unapologetic response. Overall, most reviews highlight reliability and expertise, but the negative case raises concerns about diligence and client communication in certain situations.

Absolutely professional team.
Looks nice from outside. Didn't actually go in there!
I used David Haigh of Wynn Williams in a land purchase recently. He took ten days to do ‘due diligence’ and then told me there were ‘no issues’ with the title. I subsequently found out that there is actually a restrictive covenant on the land I purchased that Mr Haigh had not told me about. He and his firm have been unapologetic and unrepentant about this, and have claimed that I am a ‘sophisticated investor’ and therefore did not need to be told. Beware. If Wynn Williams decides you are ‘sophisticated’ who knows what basic due diligence they will not bother with. I found out the hard way.
