Clients have mixed experiences. Positive reviews praise Anita Molloy-Roberts for her professionalism and clear communication in property transactions, often calling her 'incredible' and 'reliable.' However, negative reviews cite poor communication and lack of due diligence from Kieran Heenan and other solicitors, including failure to flag land restrictions costing thousands. Common complaints include slow email responses, unreturned calls, and reports to the Law Society.

Anita was incredible to work with from start to finish! She guided us through both the sale of our first home and the purchase of our new one with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Her clear explanations made the legal side of things easy to understand, and she was always quick to respond to our questions. Anita went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on settlement day, and we’re so grateful for her support throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Anita to anyone looking for a reliable and approachable property lawyer. Thank you, Anita, for all your help and dedication — we couldn’t have done it without you!
Good location for me. They offer a broad range of services. Good service and follow up.
Ok so I did visited one of their lawyer here!! And I must concur they are very unprofessional. Don’t care about their clients. Did promise that they will email be back they didn’t do that which shows their unprofessionalism. Did promise to call back didn’t do that either. I will not recommend their services at all!!
Disappointing Experience - Do Your Research Before Hiring We hired Kieran Heenan from Meares Williams Solicitors to assist us in purchasing a plot of land, expecting a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that. From the start, communication was poor. It would often take 3-7 days to receive a reply to emails, which created unnecessary delays and frustration. We thought this was a minor issue at first, but it quickly became apparent that the lack of diligence on their part would cost us dearly. Once we purchased the land, we applied for a building consent, only to be informed by the City Council that there were acoustic requirements for the land that we would now have to comply with. This is going to cost us an extra $10,000—an amount we were not prepared for. When I reached out to Kieran for advice on what to do next, I’ve been completely ghosted. I sent my last email on March 12th, 2025, asking why he failed to do the necessary due diligence and didn’t flag these land restrictions during the purchase process. Still no response. This oversight has delayed our building project and caused an immense amount of stress. We are now in a position where we are forced to spend more money for something that should have been identified from the start. CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) has even suggested filing a dispute against both Meares Williams and the agent who sold us the land. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Kieran Heenan or Meares Williams to anyone. Do your research and find professionals who are thorough, responsive, and truly care about their clients. Avoid these guys—seek help elsewhere from a solicitor who knows what they’re doing.
I would not recommend these people to anyone. Their communication is non existent to the point they have been reported to the law society.
