Not been the most straightforward company to deal with. My father in law, who is a proud and organised man, has found the payment process both difficult and frustrating. Two bills (rather then one on one statement) led to one being missed. He then could not pay at the company or on the phone by eftpos, and due to his age and lack of online banking facilities meant he had to go to the bank to make his payments. The follow-up from accounts could also be reminded to have a more sympathetic approach when dealing with the older generation.

It used to be a family place with mana. I'm no fan of lawyers within this firm. What I really want to say is their senior receptionist is top notch. The various lawyers are not. This firm should recognise her commitment & professional persona. I certainly did. Thank you.
