I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the representation provided by Georgia Allen. There were significant issues with complete unresponsiveness to emails, with extended periods of leave taken on multiple occasions without any communication or automated email replies established. Furthermore, there was a lack of due diligence, as evidenced by the lawyer arriving late to a meeting arrange prior to the court hearing and without the evidence that had been previously provided and left unattended in her inbox for an extended period. The level of care demonstrated throughout this representation was non-existent. As soon as I raised concerns, she filed documentation with the courts to no longer act for me, leaving me 3 workings days to find a replacement before further proceedings. The worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer, and I cannot recommend her services to anyone. Following Lawhub's response, it appears that Lawhub's records may be as inaccurate as Ms. Odgers' version of events. Regrettably, Ms. Odgers did not make or attempt any contact to address my complaint, leading to its escalation to the Law Society. Furthermore, Miss Allen neglected to provide me with a copy of the terms of engagement; which was also unsigned.
