We have used (law 4 you), about 2 months ago for mortgage refinance, Justine Grey & the team made it go so smoothly any concerns they addressed very promptly and very professionally. Unfortunately our experience in dealing with Law 4 you was very poor, the lady on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Due to poor service and concerns that our requirements would be meet in time and the fact we could not get an appointment to sign an sale and purchase agreement for 3 working days and then them cancelling the appointment! We ended up moving lawyers mid transaction. On complaining, it took over a week to get a response before a demand email for payment was then sent to us, would not recommend to anyone, quite frankly it was extremely embarrassing as a vendor selling through a cowboy agency, I recommend paying the extra $$ to go to a place with more than one lawyer to ensure timely communication and transactions take place and to avoid purchasers getting frustrated.
