I will be happy to edit this review should Fleur and her team be able to do their job and stop charging for work they simply don’t do.
Sadly our experience with Julia was stressful and deflating. Our emails went unanswered and phone calls were not returned. We were eventually passed on to Stacey at the end of our journey who was fantastic but sadly it was too late. I tried to reach out to Fleur to voice our concerns but was ignored there too. Really disappointing especially as first home buyers.
