I can't comment on the legal services themselves, as I didn’t make it past the onboarding stage. My initial contact with Jordan was excellent — clear, prompt, and professional. However, once I was passed on to another lawyer, communication unfortunately fell away. I had to follow up multiple times with little response or clarity on next steps, which ultimately led me to engage a different firm. If you’re a potential new client, I hope your experience is smoother — but if responsiveness and clear communication are important to you, it may be worth considering other options. **Edit — to clarify/respond:** My issue is less about timeliness and more about communication. For me personally, when engaging with legal services, my expectation is clear communication—especially regarding next steps and setting expectations/timelines. A simple message like, “Please fill out ‘X’ and submit it; it will take approximately X days to process, and we’ll contact you when it’s done,” would have gone a long way. I absolutely understand and respect that there is a rigorous onboarding process. However, during this process, I often felt uncertain about what should or would happen next and how long things might take. In this regard, my experience was quite different any every other onboarding service (legal or otherwise) that I’ve dealt with in the past, including internal interactions between two lawyers.
