I felt the communication was unclear and the service unprofessional. During the consultation about a simple will, I was told charges would only apply if I proceeded with signing and finalising the document. After deciding not to go ahead, I was surprised to still receive an invoice despite not signing anything. The process also involved mistakes and back-and-forth with the assistant, which added to my disappointment.
