Marg lacks professionalism. Won’t respond to emails / questions regarding her rate. Obviously charges too much if she won’t disclose that. Expects people to go in blindly and not question things it would seem. Also came across as a complete snob during our phone conversation. Don’t recommend.

Despite the endearing words on this company's website about every client being valued, investing in long term relationships, responsive and timely service, etc, etc, our simple request to have a Will amended (and read 3 emails, one of which was sent directly to a lawyer's email address), has failed to illicit any response or even so much as a simple acknowledgement. Fairly unprofessional in our view, we would find it hard to recommend this company to anyone.
