Slower than usual response time Inefficient Communication skills with the client Does not attend or respond back with phone calls .Often NOT informed and discussed any NEW matters with in the timelines. I have discussed the same with Barrister Sharon Bennett more than Once but this does not seemed to resonate... Often works very close to the dead lines. Does not seem to send back or follow-up important notifications or correspondence . ** She seems to have an extremely Laid back, obscure and casual etiquettes towards dealing with client relates to court matters , she may have accumulated extensive experience & knowledge over the years by now ... Quality Services & work relation ethics with the Client needs an Urgent Upgrade for future reference & for client reassurance and compliance! Completely Unsure: If Sharon has exceeded or exhausted More than her Maximum Clients Range Capacity OR otherwise? Needs a sustainable Reflection on providing client centred support and due services
