We've been using different solicitors over many years, but this time we used Tamsin at Shanahans to update some of our existing legal docs and to discuss various questions we had. We have used Shananhans previously (2016 or so) and received great service then. Called and had a very prompt response from reception who passed me to Wendy. All necessary engagement documents were issued via email and there was a combination of emails and phone calls until we completed the purchase. Only needed to visit their office in New Lynn once and that was mostly because our bank couldnt use docusign for the transactions we were completed. Anyway it was great to go in. It is easy to find their office, off street parking and everyone was friendly.
