Would never use this firm ever again. Absolutely unprofessional in my experience. Met the lawyer Ward, he gave an undertaking to represent me starting with a letter he was going to write to the company who ripped us off. He lied. He never wrote it. Ignored my attempts to contact him and to find out what was happening despite my requests for an update which added to my stress. I never heard back from him. The case related to a timeshare that we bought which at the time of purchase the marketing company was dishonest. With a bit of research I found a way to fight back which I did and won the case on my own.
