Have tried for over a week to make an appointment. Have left several messages with Kelvin Mackie's PA's (believe he has 2) one did call me and say that she would be back within 24hrs to give me an appointment but she did not get back to me and then I have left several voicemail messages and all to no avail. Think his staff need a lesson in manners and public relations. Have now decided to go to another company altogether-----so much for the "blurb" that states Kelvin is a local Mt Roskill person and he is dedicated to looking after the "locals". His Staff really are letting him down!!!!!!!
