She was very humane and patient with all our silly questions, did not miss any single detail (unlike all other parties) and saved us from quite a bit of trouble and extra expenses, helping us settle the house precisely on time and making sure we're not disadvantaged in any way. All this was topped with a very reasonable invoice, given how much support she provided.
