I have collaborated with JR on two separate occasions. Firstly, they assisted me in drafting Terms & Conditions for my small business. The team at JR was exceptional to work with, delivering outstanding service while staying within my budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Secondly, they helped resolve an issue with our business vehicle, again providing excellent support and expertise.

The team at JR is superb. They just want to help. They provide comfort and solve problems when legal matters need to be dealt with. It can be a difficult time for clients but the friendly, approachable and clever way in which the Jackson Russell teams work gives clients the solutions and support they need. Takes 12 minutes to answer phone (no apology). Emails ignored/bounce back. Disrespectful, timewasting, makes mistakes, overcharges. Deeply manipulative in denying access to dying mother having travelled half way around world twice. Sickening in its arrogance, unprofessionalism and bullying to a 50 year client. Worst firm ever.
