Not the case here was able to get informative information and they helped save me $400 in the inspection phase!

Very average service from a partner in this firm. Communication was lacking in certain areas and the partner did not use her common sense of find/alert me of the best option to get the best outcome for me as her customer. Was highly referred to this firm from a colleague I went to law school with at Auckland university. Advised my brother to call to make an appointment who is a local dentist there in Papakura. He called twice to make an appointment for advise and was fobbed off by the receptionist each time. He was disappointed he received such shoddy treatment. We were even given the name of Raj Rao to seek an appointment with. Receptionist said he was busy and asked who referred him? Disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will call Craig Rice. Maybe they know something about customer service and professionalism.
