We used solicitor (Lorenzo) from Inder Lynch for the purchase of our new house and couldn’t be happier with the service. Ive used inder lynch several times in the past with no concerns. Recent service to buy a house - the lawyer assigned to our matter was unprofessional, not confident and didn’t seem to know what she was doing (we believe the extra back and forth and communication cost is more $ in lawyers fees) Settlement payment processed incorrectly, and I had to figure out costs and recover and explain an over payment to the vendor. As inder and lynch were demanding extra money from me, which I had already paid off my existing home loan. Inder and lynch tried to blame the bank. Do not use this law firm as even management has a lack of responsibility when transactions aren’t correct. Inder and lynch will charge you for their trainees mistakes! No good faith or responsibility regarding our complaint. We’ve since paid the over priced fees and have heard nothing back from the manager. Avoid this law firm. We’ve since found a professional and fair priced lawyer to use in karaka going forward.

I have had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this law firm. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (since they overcharge massively). The solicitor they provided me seemed to be a trainee and had terrible knowledge of what I needed from her when trying to buy a house. Several times they stuffed up the process, tried pushing it through too quick which ended up in more lawyer fees for me. Also when I questioned their lack of expertise and complained about my experience they simply side stepped and blamed the situation on the bank. Atrocious!!
